Gymnastics

We decided to put Ryah in a parent/child gymnastics class and last week was her first time. It seriously was the cutest thing ever. I can't believe how big she is getting. The first year seemed to take a while, but since her first birthday, time has flown by.

Here are some pics of the adventure...

We enjoyed the one-on-one time and I know Ry loved it. Who wouldn't with the change of scenery, mom and dad to herself, fun toys to climb on, bouncy trampoline's and other kids her size...she was on cloud nine. :)

The NEW House...and Randomness

No, we aren't moving (even though Jared has had the itch up his sleeve for a while)...Ryah was just able to add a miniature house to her "small" collection of toys. Unfortunately, the "small" isn't an understatement. She loves it, but wants Keslee to play in there without mom and dad.

NO Parents Allowed...Ryah shutting the door on us. Doesn't Kes look amused??? :) Ryah is a very thoughtful big sister, I must admit. If she doesn't see Keslee (usually because Kes is sleeping), she wants me to show her where she is.

Caught getting into the diaper bag.

Miss Keslee herself...gotta love the double chin and chubby cheeks.

Ryah's first "mischievous" bout...I was on the phone and thought Ryah was playing really good as usual. When I went to check on her, this is what I found. Who knows where she found the ink pad. I didn't even know one existed in our house.

Keslee's Blessing

We blessed Keslee the Sunday before Labor Day. We changed it last minute due to some traveling conflicts with family members over the Holiday weekend. The day turned out really nice and Jared gave an awesome blessing. I did a baked potato bar at the Hooper Park after. It is nice to be at the park so the kids can play.

Here are some pics from the day...

Jared's Grandma always makes the baby's their blessing outfits...thanks Mary Lou, the dress was beautiful.

Keslee with dad...she's becoming more alert.

Keslee getting kisses from mommy :) I can't resist her chubby cheeks. By the end of the day she is grunting at me everytime I kiss them; it's as though she is annoyed.

Jared and me...not the best pic, but better than nothing.

Ryah with Great Grandma Maxfield (my mom's mom).
Thanks to all the fam for pitching in and bringing stuff, it was greatly appreciated!!! It makes the day a lot easier.

BTW, Tiff..your Oreo crushed up cookie things were a HIT, everyone asked me who made them and if I knew how you did it.

Cherry Hill

This post is a little belated, but I figured better late than never :) We were able to enjoy a day at CherryHill with Aunt Tiffany. Ryah absolutely loves water and has no fear. She would go right up in the water fountains like it was no big deal.

The girls sun bathing...

Ryah and mom going down the slide. I'm sure she will be doing it by herself next year. She really enjoyed it.

Kes sleeping the day away...yes, she is getting a double chin, it is so cute :)
I'm so sad summer is over. It is never long enough. I can't wait to enjoy the summer festivities with the girls next year. They are going to be so much fun.
