We enjoyed the day at Roy Aquatic Center (thanks to my sisters and cousin, Maddi, for making it possible, since I was put down for the latter part of my pregnancy and could only sit at the pool) then had a little BBQ because Ryah wanted hot dogs for dinner with the Kay family that night. Ryah got a bike, a blue dress(she has been wanting a blue dress since becoming obsessed with the show Annie), some "school" books, an umbrella table, the Tangled castle, and some other fun things.
Some things about Ryah:
-So excited for her little sister to come out of mom :)
-A good big sister to Keslee
-Loves tart stuff, quesadillas, going somewhere daily, watching Annie and Wizard of Oz, loves to put make-up on, loves her nails painted (she inspects my painting and if the slightest part of her nail is still showing, she insists I paint it), changes outfits constantly, loves to play barbies and dolls, loves coloring, loves learning, has to have her hair blow dried the minute she steps foot out of the bath tub (she refuses to put her clothes on until it is dry)
-Loves the color pink
-Loves to have her hair down and crimped like Tangled or curled like a ballerina
-Enjoys folding laundry and making her pile and Keslee's pile
-Likes to be called Brooke 90% of the time. Sometimes when I call her name she will tell me I'm Brooke, so when I call "Brooke" she responds.
Funny sayings:
-On occassion people will hit her on the "head fored"
-Tells me, "Thanks so much for washing my clothes for me."
-Told Grandma the cat's fairytale kept hitting her.
-Has her barbies and dolls say prayers before they eat.
-I gave her a flower bandaid to put on and she told me she needed one of the ugly ones.
-She asked what we should call the baby and I posed the question back asking what she thought. She said to call the baby Ryah because she wants to be Brooke.
-Tells me when things are delicious.
-If I do something she really likes, she will tell me, "Preciate it, mom."
