My, my where has the last two months gone...I can't believe it is already October. I wish I could work a miracle for the warmth to last a little longer. We have had so much fun since Ashlyn's arrival (not that we did not have fun before, but being on bed rest definitely put a damper on things).
An update on the little one. Ashlyn is such a good baby, sometimes I wonder if I really remember how Kes was since life was so crazy having kids 12 months apart and Ryah was such an alert baby (and still is, that girl can survive on small amounts of sleep) that Ashlyn just seems so easy compared to those two. She is getting chubby, loves baths, and eats every 3 hours except for night. She goes down around 10 until 4:30ish which is nice. I think she is obsessed with sleeping since that is still all she does 9 weeks later. It's as though she can't get enough. When she is awake she's smiling and "talking." I looove getting her up because she is so happy. The girls absolutely love her and love interacting with her. Just a forewarning, the pics below are pretty exciting, but it captures her doing what she does best...and yes, I will probably get shot down with her being on her belly, but she loves it. She rarely will sleep any other way, and if she does she has her hands in all these weird positions and she ends up attacking her face, then lets out this horrific scream like why did I hurt her, needless to say, I cave in on occassion.
Keslee really wanted to feed Ashlyn one morning. I went to grab something and when I came back Kes said Ashlyn had to burp...I told her next time to just wait for mom because Kes is still a little clumsy herself.

SO adorable. Glad to hear she is a good baby. I totally was worried about my kids sleeping on their stomachs, until Marissa came around, by then I realized she was much happier on her tummy and slept so much better, which made her and me happier. No harm done, she survived.
Cute cute!
I'm on the same boat as Celeste with babies on bellies. Both Cai & Grant were and still are tummy sleepers... and starting early too. No harm done!
It's crazy how a baby makes the little kid seem so grown up and big!
